INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW MOOT

International humanitarian law is a set of rules that seek to limit the effects of armed conflict. It protects people who are not or are no longer participating in hostilities and restricts the means and methods of warfare. International Humanitarian Law Moot competition is an annual moot court competition held by the Hong Kong Red Cross and International Committee of the Red Cross. Counsel need to prepare written and oral submissions for both sides (Prosecutor and Defendant) before a mock International Criminal Court.
